Chefs from Gracie's, the Mooring and One Bellevue at the Hotel Viking will be preparing a luncheon at the James Beard House in New York on Thursday, June 17, at noon.

"Rhode Island: Farm, Vine and Sea to Table" will be presented by the Rhode Island Tourism Division, the Newport and Bristol County Convention and Visitor's Bureau and the Providence Warwick Convention and Visitor's Bureau.

Chefs Matthew Varga of Gracie's in Providence; Michael Conetta of the Mooring Seafood Kitchen in Newport; and Kevin Thiele of One Bellevue at the Hotel Viking in Newport, will be cooking for the media luncheon aimed at bringing attention to Rhode Island chefs.
