Cranston bakery featured on Rachael Ray Show Monday

A&J Bakery of Cranston will have the featured "Snack of the Day" on the Rachael Ray Show airing Monday, April 26, at 2 p.m. on Channel 10 WJAR.

The bakery, at 1458 Park Ave., is nut-free and also offers many other specialty items (egg and dairy free). They have been waiting to be the snack of the day since early February, say owners Amy and Joe Hitzemann.
