On Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. R.I. Kitchen & Bath in Warwick is kicking off its "Visiting Chef Series" for the fall featuring chef Joe Folk of Redlefsen's in Bristol. He will cook for Oktoberfest with demonstration and cooking. On the menu is a wiener schnitzel entrée with spaetzle and apple strudel for dessert. He will also cook an appetizer.
The public is invited to come and taste.

The whole thing gets filmed by Fox 64 Providence's Rhode Show with Shawn Tempesta. The segment will air on October 7th.

Redlefsen's will have an accordion player on site and the owner, Jeff Guertler, will be there dressed in his lederhosen!
