Chez Pascal food on the road

The new Chez Pascal food truck will be out this afternoon on the side of the restaurant at 960 Hope Street.

How convenient is that if you are stopping by the Hope High Farmers' Market in Lippitt Park.

Some highlights from the menu include: Pork & Fennel Sausage with Tomato, Aioli & Bacon; Grilled Cheese and Bacon Sandwich with Tomato Bisque; Veggie Burger with Eggplant Capponata & Pickled Wax Peppers; and Aquidneck Farm Grass Fed Beef Burger with Swiss, Tomato Preserve & Potato Salad.

Chef/owner Matt Gennuso makes all his own sausage and bacon as well as condiments and sides.
